I called them and Jared came out to give me an estimate and explained the entire process and the expense. We set up a time and day and he was here and got the job done. My house looks awesome and is free of all the grime and dirt that had accumulated over the years. I am very pleased with Deluxe Exterior Cleanerz and highly recommend for Pressure Washing and Roof Cleaning services.

I hired Deluxe Exterior Cleanerz to pressure wash the patios and canopies at Assisted Living. The young man doing the work was extremely pleasant to work with and did a fabulous job. The concrete on the north side of our facility was dark from algae stains. After Deluxe Exterior Cleanerz it looked new again. Our canopies over the doors also had algae stains and I thought it was time to replace them. Deluxe Exterior Cleanerz recommended cleaning them. I had my doubts but after he washed them they look good again. I would use Deluxe Exterior Cleanerz in the future for pressure washing needs.

Excellent work!! Our deck was in terrible shape to the point of wondering if we should tear it down and start over. After contacting Jared I decided to try pressure washing first. We were absolutely stunned at how it came out! Rather then tearing it down, we’re going to stain it. It looks that good! Jared is knowledgeable and super friendly which goes a long way in my book these days. He provided a professional quote, answered all my questions and kept me informed along the way. We have more to do before eventually listing the house and I will definitely contact him again to do “curb appeal” work before then.
